Shipping FAQ’s

Orders typically ship via USPS within 3 to 5 business days. Small packages (like 8″x10″ prints) ship USPS First Class, larger packages ship USPS Priority with tracking.

We are a small family-run print shop with fluctuating stock. Size exchanges, especially with featured artists and pre-orders, may not be available. If you aren’t satisfied with your Unlucky order, we will gladly send you a return label, and offer a refund minus 10% restocking fee upon receiving the return. Please refer to the size charts on individual product pages or contact us with any questions before you order!

We ship most orders via USPS with tracking unless otherwise noted. Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive email confirmation and our transaction is complete. If you have issues with tracking / lost packages, please refer to the USPS Missing Packages page (link opens in new window). There, you will be able to submit a form with your tracking number to help hunt down your package or receive reimbursement through USPS.
